Penetration of the anus with a penis or strap-on. Preparation and communication are key: use a lot of lube, go extremely slowly at first, and ensure the receiving partner is relaxed. Positions like the receiving partner on top (they control depth), doggy style, or spooning can work; each may feel different. Some find anal intensely pleasurable once accustomed. Never pressure a partner into this; it must be consensual and done gently.
