Consensual non-consent (CNC)

This is pre-negotiated “rape fantasy” play. One partner pretends to force, while the other pretends to resist, but in reality both have agreed to this script beforehand (including what is allowed and any boundaries). It’s extreme because it mimics non-consent, which is why absolute trust and post-scene emotional check-ins are needed. A typical setup: you agree on a scenario (e.g. a “home intruder” fantasy or a “stranger in alley” roleplay) and perhaps a safe word that if uttered immediately stops everything. Then you act it out: the aggressor uses possibly rough handling, verbal coercion (“Don’t fight me”), and the victim protests or plays scared. It can be very intense and taps into real adrenaline, so only do this if both feel very sure it’s something they want to try. And always end with gentle aftercare to reaffirm it was play and that you care for each other.
