Needle play

Inserting sterile needles through superficial layers of skin (like through the skin of the chest, arm, or even genitals) for endorphin rush and decorative effect (some do temporary play piercings with ribbons laced through). Only to be done with medical-grade supplies, proper disposal, and knowledge of anatomy (avoiding nerves, veins). Pain and blood are inherent. Aftercare includes disinfecting and bandaging. This is definitely an edge activity for experienced kinksters.
