Pinwheel or tingly tools

A Wartenberg pinwheel (a small spiked wheel that you roll gently on skin) can create a tingling, prickly sensation that isn’t exactly pain but wakes up the nerves. Use very lightly on thighs, back, etc., for a unique tingling feeling.
