Primal play

Dropping civilized behavior and engaging in raw, animalistic interaction. This can include growling, wrestling, biting (within agreed limits), “chasing” your partner around as if you’re predator and prey in a playful sense. There’s often a lot of grunting, pinning against surfaces, maybe tearing at clothes (be careful not to ruin anything not agreed). It’s about letting out inner wildness without protocols – just consensual roughhousing that leads to rough sex. Lots of people find this very liberating, but again have safe signals and boundaries (no actual harm beyond maybe minor scratches or bites if allowed).
