“Toy in charge”

Make a game where the rule is only the toy is allowed to stimulate – no direct hand or mouth. This way the sleeve or vibrator “has authority,” and the partner only facilitates it. It sounds silly but can actually be exciting (almost like a threesome with an inanimate object!).
