Urethral sounding

Inserting thin, sterile rods (sounders) into the urethra (the pee hole of the penis, sometimes also done on vulvas) for sexual stimulation. This is a very specialized kink with significant risks; it can be pleasurable for some because it stimulates nerve-rich areas internally. Not recommended without proper knowledge, extreme cleanliness, and consent.
